4. How Does the Relationship Between the Three Parties Work?

In any IT contract assignment there are two contracts (for services). There is a contract between Beyond and the client and a second contract between Beyond and the IT Contractor (or the IT Contractor’s company).

5. How is Payroll Managed?

All Beyond IT contractors fill out weekly timesheets and have these signed off. Once a month the IT contractor will invoice Beyond and Beyond will invoice you. Beyond IT contractors all work on a time and materials basis and are covered by our comprehensive professional indemnity insurance.
